tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising and digital campaigns, managing the marketing budget, developing social media strategies, and ensuring that all marketing and online content aligns with the client’s brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- 1+ years of experience in advertising or marketing is preferred, but not required.
- 1+ years of experience in digital or social media marketing is preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter) and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proven ability to create, plan, and manage social media calendars, paid campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal).
Duties
- Identify compelling brand stories and secure placements across local, national, and international digital and traditional media.
- Develop integrated marketing materials, including brochures, sales tools, advertisements, and digital/social media content to support multi-channel marketing plans.
- Create, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms, ensuring consistent tone, design, and messaging.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, paid media, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to enhance visibility and drive engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics (engagement rate, CPM, CTR, impressions) and provide insights to refine strategies.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, offline events, and sponsorship programs.
- Measure and report performance of marketing and social media campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and trends to adjust social, email, and advertising campaigns accordingly.
